You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers This is one of the countrys leading mental health treatment centres They provide fast access to high quality treatment for lots of different conditions including addictions depression anxiety stress and eating disorders + You must hold a Full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry As The Consultant Psychiatrist Your Key Responsibilities Include Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans alongside the multidisciplinary team Lead ward rounds MDT meetings and oversee complex clinical cases including risk management Support patients and families with treatment planning relapse prevention and recovery Provide supervision to junior staff and contribute to service quality CQC compliance and improvement initiatives Collaborate with site leadership to enhance service delivery and patient experience
Qualifications
- Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team Experience managing complex cases of eating disorders in an inpatient adolescent setting Strong clinical leadership risk management expertise Communication and interpersonal skills are critical
