Description

We need someone detail-oriented with an eye on customer satisfaction to ensure clients receive the services they need.

Ensuring that the cleaning services are operating within the site Facilities team are meeting the ISS values and leadership principles.

Coordinate and control the business centre consisting of Cleaning and Waste Delivery services across the site. Excellent communication skills both (written and verbal) are required at all levels for this role.

To demonstrate pride and professionalism in all aspects of customer service, providing flexible and responsive assistance to clients and colleagues putting the customer/client first and foremost.

To focus on the expected team behaviours for achieving significant results and outcomes for the business, helping ISS to maintain its leading edge status within the industry and to build on our reputation with the customer.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
Strong work ethic and service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations
Strong recordkeeping and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
The ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
