We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.


You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a gentleman in his 60's, that is living with his family in Peterborough and requires care throughout the day on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis to support his complex care needs.


We are searching for a special individual to join our team and support companionship for our distinguished gentleman with complex care needs.


Our service user is a true connoisseur of social interaction, and we are seeking someone who can engage him in stimulating conversations, share laughter, and create unforgettable moments together.


As part of his care team, you will provide personalised support tailored to his unique needs while fostering an environment of respect, dignity, and friendship.

Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety, and most importantly, being a trusted confidant and friend.


Throughout the day he will require support with personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required.


Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, and attending to his clinical care needs when required.

You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep ensuring his comfort.


To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Pet Friendly

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Oral Suctioning
  • Gastrostomy Feeding
  • Tracheostomy Care

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available with the opportunity of a Permanent contract

  • Part Time Days & Nights available up to 36 hours per week available
  • Monday
  • Friday days: 3:00pm 10:00pm
  • Waking Nights: 10:00pm 9:00am
  • Weekends: 9:00am 10:00pm

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£14.00 per hour (£98.00 approx. per 7-hour shift)

Nights:
£14.50 per hour (£188.50 approx. per 13-hour shift)

Saturday & Sundays:
£15.00 per hour (£195.00 approx. per 13-hour shift)

Bank Holidays:
£15.50 per hour (£210.50 approx. per 13-hour shift)
