At Harlands Accountants, we are looking to expand our commercial team by hiring a Digital Marketing Executive. This role is to work within the commercial team on all things marketing, sales and customer relationships.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, a typical day might include:

Fantastic opportunity to create and develop internal and external communications, focusing on written content.
Running of social media strategic plan creating various styles of posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and short form videos for YT Shorts, Instagram reels and TikTok
Updating website with relevant content from Blogs, Guides and Whitepapers
Improve SEO of the website
Launch and manage business communities
Manage the podcast for 'The Evolving Accountant' from generating guests, preparing questions and managing the editing process with 3rd party suppliers getting them ready to launch.
Supporting the commercial team with hospitality events
Sharing content across networks and direct to clients
Create / produce Marketing video content
Creation and execution of enewsletters to existing clients and prospects.

Experience

Working in a similar role would be desired but not essential
Experience in a fastpaced environment whilst working as a team or an individual
Creativity in visual and text to help evolve the role an perception of an accountant.

Two keyways you would be involved in this:

Working groups are a key way for us to implement large projects. You will have the opportunity to chair, project manage or plan key projects alongside your team mates.
You will also attend weekly huddles of which the purpose is to share financial and nonfinancial performance of the business. Some of our company performance measures are Gross Profit, Net Promoter Score, Gross Value Added and New Clients.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
