Education / Teaching - Recruitment Consultant - up to £35,000 - CHELMSFORD - new opportunity to join the successful team at this leading independent Education Recruitment Agency.

You will need to bring significant experience in running a successful temp-led desk - ideally Teaching / Education Recruitment, but open to other sector experience.

A very high basic salary, commission guarantees and generous bonus structures will see you earning £100k+ OTE.

JOB SUMMARY - Recruitment Consultant - Teaching

This is an extremely successful, privately owned recruitment business with a strong presence in the Education sector across the UK
Top 5 ranking
They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Chelmsford team
You will be joining a successful team with a strong database across the Essex region
Taking a proactive approach you will be responsible for maximising opportunities from the existing database and generating new business wins

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Recruitment Consultant - Teaching

You will need to have previous experience in running a volume Temp / Contract desk
Be able to evidence a successful career as a Recruitment Consultant, growing a desk with proven selfgenerated billings
Able to create new business opportunities through targeted sales activity and then deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions
A winning, cando attitude with a record of personal achievement
Strong sales skills, both on the telephone and facetoface
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An excellent teamspirited approach with the ability to communicate at all levels
