ER Lead, South London
Part Time, 3 Days Per Week

  • 12 Weeks
Up to 45K (pro rata)


LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading wellness & fitness services company that is looking for an organised & experienced Employee Relations Lead to join their business on a part time basis.

You will be the first point of contact for all ER related queries across the UK covering circa 100 sites.


Please note, this assignment will last weeks and you will be expected to work on a part time basis of 3 days per week at their head office based in South London.


You will need:


  • Be a strong point of contact by providing guidance to employees on all employee relations matters
  • Being able to confidently advise on all employment related concerns including Maternity Leave, Flexible Working
  • Able to showcase extensive experience of shared services and ensure all processes are compliant and adhere to UK employment law
  • Coach and support managers through all ER cases including absences, grievances, capability and sickness

What you need to succeed:


  • Deep understanding of broad HR functional areas including knowledge of employment laws
  • Deep understanding of Employee Relations & familiar with using systems including Workday
  • Able to adapt to a fastpaced environment & able to working in an organised and efficient manner
  • The ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently to provide and accept feedback, and a willingness to learn from others
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
