My Client who is based in Stoke-on

  • Trent is recruiting for a fulltime HR Office.
Seeking for an experienced HR Officer to support our Department based at there Head Offices in Trentham.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to deal with general HR tasks such as disciplinary and grievance meetings, investigations, Absence Management, Recruitment and screening, Employment law advice/guidance up to and including senior operational management, TUPE, HR Projects, employee queries and assisting the HR function as required.


The ideal applicant will be a team player who is methodical, conscientious, and has excellent computer literacy and communication skills.

Previous experience in a fast-paced HR department is essential.

  • Part or fully CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience in an HR role
  • Confident with IT
  • Calm and resilient
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to specific time frames
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision, taking accountability for your workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment responding positively to change
Salary paying up to £29k + Benefits


Salary:
Up to £29,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • StokeonTrent, ST4 8GZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CIPD (preferred)
