Description

Do you have a background in credit control and accounts administration? Are you immediately available? If yes then you may be interested in the following temporary credit control position we have in Braintree, Essex.

£14ph (dependant on experience) full time working :00, Monday-Friday (there can be some flexibility with working hours)


Duties include:

  • Credit control
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are met (VAT, PAYE, P11Ds, CT)
  • Monitor all bank deposits, payments, and invoice financing
  • Answering internal and external enquires
  • Reconciling accounts & dealing with financial paperwork / admin

Key skills:

  • Credit control
experience a must

  • Very strong Excel skills (Power BI a plus), Google sheets/docs a plus
  • Strong ERP/CRM experience (knowledge of Intact (Xline/IQ) advantageous)
  • Able to work independently
