My client are freight forwarder looking for an experienced OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR Road Freight to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, leading company You MUST have previous experience overseeing a team in an Import or Exports

Daily duties will include incoming customer requests including shipping quotations

  • Supervising the operations team
  • Dealing with Road freight from start to finish
  • Manage the growth of the team
  • Monitoring customer shipments proactively provided update
  • Handling customer queries
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Providing junior staff with assistance
  • Conducting regular 1:1 sessions with the team
  • Design and improve client specific processes and SOPs to maximise efficiency
  • Develop and monitor KPI's

Working hours Monday to Friday pm

Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
