Description

To answer all incoming calls to Roger Dyson professionally and in a timely manner to ensure that the first impression is efficient, professional and customer focused.

• Courteously answer all calls and enquiries (main switchboard).
• Screen all incoming calls and be responsible for messages getting to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
• To take accurate and detailed information so that if the call cannot be forwarded to the relevant person they have all the information needed to return the call. (Name, company, time of call, nature of the call, return contact number and any other information taken).
• To forward the message to the relevant person as soon as they become available.
• To offer refreshments for visitors.
• Log information on calls received, when required and maintain detailed and accurate records on a weekly basis.
• To ensure that visitors are greeted in a professional efficient manner and to ensure their needs whilst on site are met.
• To receive/ distribute post, faxes and forward E Mails to the relevant people.
• Updating call logs & total at the end of the Week (Calls)
• To ensure that the reception area is clean, tidy and that it looks professional at all times.
• Carry out other duties that may be required.
