Who we are:

HTM is a temporary traffic management company that places its people and customers front-and
- centre. We take pride in every contract and we will not cut corners to get the job done. We have grown from small beginnings to become industry leaders - not just in what we do but how we do it. Because safety never stops, we drive a culture of behavioural safety and leadership for our employees, clients and the public. This is our culture. This is who we are.

At our heart, we are a family business.

Set up in 1995 by Keith Baldwin, the company has grown significantly and operates from its head office in Birmingham with a number of strategically located depots.

The firm is now run by Greg Baldwin and is on a greater trajectory of growth.
We've not just weathered the storms of recessions, pandemics and changing legislation - we've emerged stronger and more determined than ever to pursue excellence and innovation across the whole company, ensuring all the while that we are StreetsAhead

We recognise that innovation comes in many forms and is always achieved with the right approach. So not only do we place the highest value on exceptional safety but also on innovation.
Our willingness to do things differently - to walk the path less travelled
- has resulted in a company that not only delivers an exceptional service but does it in the right way.

We recognise it is our duty to ensure that the work we do delivers lasting social change, enriching our communities and the people within them.
