Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital Experience team
. This is a hybrid role split between our head offices in Reading (1-2 days per week in office) and remote working.

This is a great opportunity to join us as we enter the next phase of our growth. You will take ownership of our Manufacturing tool to ensure best in class performance.

We would like you to:

Define the featureproduct roadmap and track the progress. Collaborating with other Product Owners, the Product Management team and other stakeholders along the way,
Gather user requirements and translate them into user stories, making sure they are complete and comprehensive. Making sure they have a clear acceptance criteria and definitions of "ready" and "done".
Work closely with your colleagues in Product Design to discover customers' needs
Participate in development sprints and sprint reviews to guide the requirements, sign off deliverables and reaffirm priorities.
Keep the feature backlog updated during the development process.
Visit the User's site to perform needs discovery and understand product usage.

We would like you to have:

A good track record of delivering digital products from discovery to production.
Experience working in Agile environments and have a strong understanding of flow workstreams.
Comfort when it comes to analysing feature data in order to make decisions around future enhancements.
Experience in the automotive manufacturing world or similar manufactures companies.
An understanding of diagnostics within the Automotive industry would be a
bonus.

While we would prefer someone to hold one (or more) of these qualifications please do not be put off if you do not.
