The firm is renowned as a leading advisor to Owner-Managed and Family-Owned SME'sand has expanded its client base consistently year on year through a combination of referrals from satisfied clients and from their strong intermediary network.

The firm's clients range from SME's through to large Corporate Groups, services provided includeAudit & Accounts, Tax Compliance & Advisory, Outsourced Financial Management and M&A / Corporate Finance solutions.


THE OPPORTUNITY


A Manager opportunity has arisen which will offer long-term career progression to Director and a leadership role within the practice.

As a Manager you will manage a portfolio of SME and Owner-Managed business clients and oversee work produced by a team ofexperienced Client Accountants and Bookkeepers.

Your focus will be on overseeing the delivery of solutions to clients, managing relationships and growing your client portfolio.


Duties & Responsibilities will involve:

  • Overseeing the delivery of Accounts, Tax, Management Accounts, Bookkeeping and Payroll solutions to a portfolio of SME and Owner-Managed businesses
  • Managing client relationships and seeking referrals and opportunities to provide new services and advice
  • Staff management across the practice
  • Growing your client portfolio

THE PERSON
You will be an Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following:

  • ACA / ACCA Qualified
  • Background within Accountancy Practice (minimum c. 7 years experience)
  • Significant experience of working with and advising SME and Owner-Managed businesses
  • Strong client communication and Business Development skills
  • Leadership and Management qualities
