rTriibe are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our team supporting schools in the local area.

Helping schools with their short and long term needs, rTriibe are likely to have work which fits what you're looking for whether this is ad-hoc, part time or full time work.

The role of a HLTA is a varied one and can entail a wide range of responsibilities including:

Planning, preparing and delivering specified learning activities to classes, small groups or on a 1:1 basis, adapting work where necessary under the supervision of a Teacher.
Assessing and recording pupil development;
Assessing the needs of pupils and using your skills and knowledge to support each individuals progress
Using learning objectives to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons according to the needs of individuals

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least a Level 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or an equivalent qualification.

You will have the confidence to cover a class where required and ideally have experience of having done so before.

Ideally you will have a DBS on the update service and be able to provide working references.

Salary:
£90.00-£110.00 per day
