An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 4 Community Associate Practitioner to join the CAMHS Intensive Home Treatment Team that covers Teesside.
This post is not open to trainees therefore the successful applicant will need a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care and Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent to be recruited into this Band 4 position.
