We are looking for a bi-lingual (French and English) innovative, reliable, and energetic Producer to join a leading studio in the world of entertainment, overseeing the production of compelling digital content for our client's European studios.

This positionrequires a creative approach and an eye for detail, along with meticulous planning and project management. This is a fully remote role that involves travel across Europe, specifically Paris. Whether you are based in the UK or France, we want to hear from you

This is a full-time, permanent,
remote role and paying up to £38k doe.

The Company

Using the power of games, our client creates experiences that follow game players throughout their life across all forms of media.

The company makes great games and tells amazing stories, selling some of the biggest games across production, gameplay, hobbyand party/ tabletop games.

This role is all about engaging audiences to raise awareness and market the games across multi-media and events.

In this role, you will...

Coordinate, supervise, and plan projects involving the creation of digital media for our client's European Studios
Produce events based in Europe live streaming, recording.
Collaborate with multiple teams or departments to oversee the design and development of a range of digital product launches, campaigns and other digital content.
Ensure that the work created adheres to brand guidelines.
Take and develop briefs from a client / internal stakeholder.
Build relationships with their teams.
Work with internal creatives/external agencies/freelancers to develop content.
Plan project schedules and manage projects.
Keep all parties up to date on the delivery of any digital campaign.
Highlight issues and work diligently to solve them.
Form opinions on the work and be confident explaining your point of view.
Manage localization of digital content across multiple territories.
Love to collaborate and delegate with clarity.
Asset management you are responsible for your projects and need to ensure our systems are updated.

About You

Bilingual in French and English.
At least five years' experience as a producer with at least three of those years specifically passionate about digital.
Experience in creating video content to support marketing campaigns.
Have a strong understanding of all phases of preproduction, production, and postproduction.
Experienced working with and managing third parties/agencies/freelancers for additional content creation keeping them to budget, quality, and timelines.
Excited to open up the boundaries of what digital video can do in online environments and have strong storytelling sensibility.
Experienced with producing live action content including producing, working with talent and obtaining signed releases and clearances.
Efficiently worked within a creative team.
Able to collaborate with different departments and take direction well.
Organized, proactive and highly motivated.
You have strong attention to detail in everything you review/oversee.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Able to build content quickly and to a high standard.
A global approach and multicultural understanding of all things digital.
Excellent knowledge of the video, audio, graphic & postproduction process as well as social media technologies and digital platforms.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Adobe suite a plus to support briefs where necessary.
Experience with board game/gaming content is a bonus.
