Our popular brands include Soho Lighting and our products have been specified in some of the UK's most prestigious projects and homes.


We are dedicated to delivering quality products and excellent service to our customers and we are currently seeking an organised, smart and friendly person to join our dedicated customer service/advisor team in Par, PL24 2HY.


The successful applicant will be a first point of contact for customers, handling and responding to in-coming calls and enquiries.

You will be a team player, passionate about customer service, responsive and eager to develop your knowledge and understanding of our products and business.

Great communication skills, the ability to listen and ask questions, and a good understanding of general computer use are essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, understanding of the customer journey
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the implemented SLA time limits and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Build positive and productive relationships with customers through trust and respect.
  • Use customer feedback to improve our products and services, relaying to multiple departments.
  • Develop a comprehensive technical understanding of our products/ systems to ensure the correct information is passed to our clients.
  • Monitor new products to market/ help build most frequently asked questions database
  • Monitoring products on the website/ social media to ensure best Customer experience/ journey from browsing to purchase
  • Calls will be a healthy mix of inbound/ outbound in this role, so an understanding of the company you are representing on the call is important. We deal with people through multiple channels/ companies all unique in our tone of voice.
  • Training will be given prior to start of the role, and ongoing throughout the role as you will be at the forefront of communication with our clients
