Job title - Customer Experience Advisor

Location - Portishead and Weston

Contract - Temporary -2 months (30TH June 2023)

Hours - 37 Hours


Start Date:

ASAP

Pay Rate:
£25,046 pro rota

Our clients is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join the team in Portishead and Weston.

Your responsibilities will include taking enquiries and helping customers regarding their tenancy, coordinating the start and end of the tenancy procedure and helping out tenancy officer with a variety of tasks and other areas when in high demand.

Experience of dealing with members of the public in high pressure situations whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is essential.


Duties would include:


  • Offering a highlevel customer service experience
  • Ensuring all customer contacts are recorded effectively and all records are up to date
  • Working in a collaborative fashion with customers and partners to ensure effective debt recovery
  • First point of contact for customers reporting incidents or Anti Social Behaviour
  • Supporting tenancy officers to carry out viewing and visits (If required)
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Arrange the advert with partners when a property becomes vacant and coordinate the end of tenancy procedure

Essential Skills:


  • Experience in working a customer focused/service environment
  • Experience of working with Microsoft office
  • Experience of using in house databases effectively
  • Ability to provide high level customer service in high pressure situations.
