The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Chalke Valley Playschool as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice.


Established 30 years ago Chalke Valley Playschool or 'Chalkies' is an Ofsted rated good pre-school situated right next to Broad Chalke Primary School in the beautiful Chalke Valley.


We are very proud of our beautiful environment, offering all the benefits of a professional nursery with the flexibility and adaptability of a small setting that can meet your child's needs with our personalised service.

Our staff team are highly skilled and experienced between us we have a wealth of experience in working with children and families, the team all hold qualifications in working with children or are actively working towards gaining one.

We are passionate about providing your child with the best possible experience whilst in our care.


Your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Working across all ages 0
  • After school club working with children up to 11 years old
  • Key worker duties
  • Planning and implementing activities
  • Tracking children's progress and development
  • Safeguarding and wellbeing of children
  • Participate in cohesive learning environment

Requirements;

  • You must be able to gain a clear DBS.
  • GCSE grades A*C or 49 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.

Hours;

  • Chalke Valley Playschool is open between the hours of 08:0018:00 and is a term time only setting
