Description
We are hiring a Sales Transaction Support Specialist.

You will join our Business Planning and Operations team where you will work directly with partners and the sales team, helping them to achieve revenue targets and support on end-to-end sales transaction related requests.

This position can be based in Cambridge, Warwick, Hammersmith or The Netherlands.


Responsibilities:


  • Support and monitor renewals in collaboration with partners and the sales team to ensure renewals are managed on time
  • Support the booking of all software revenue by providing support on endtoend requests from the sales team & partners
  • Administer certain transacting elements such as modification requests, claims and coupons
  • Deliver general guidance to partners related to tools, processes, policies, quotes, and orders (generating and processing) whilst enabling partners and the sales team on best practices and policies to optimize the overall processes
  • Identify skill up needs for partners and the sales team and work with the sales transaction support lead to deliver learnings
  • Serve as a coordinator for contract management related requests for partners

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry (working with resellers is a bonus)
  • Direct experience in sales support, sales execution, or business administration processes and tools, including CRM preferred
  • A team player with a positive "can do" attitude in possession of excellent interpersonal and communications skills; fluency in the English language is key
  • Strong Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to produce quality work with high attention to detail and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
