Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain diverse talents for permanent and temporary job vacancies.
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance, as necessary, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds performance targets.
- Work closely with other members of the team to understand hiring needs and set recruitment priorities.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications, job postings, and innovative recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to find and attract talent.
- Negotiating job offers and coordinating employment contracts.
- Managing recruitment metrics and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in the field.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Specific requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Mass communication, business management or related field with years of experience in recruitment, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good in creative and analytical writing, organisation, and time management
Good understanding of how changes in policy and culture effect staff and company clients.
Able to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and culture.
Able to lead and participate in daily stand ups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
