LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS PARTNER

GUILDFORD/HYBRID

UP TO £40,000 + £4k Car Allowance


A rapidly expanding organisation in the Care Sector is looking for an experienced
Learning and Developmentprofessional to join their friendlyteam.

You will devise and deliver the learning and development strategy for the business, acting as a first point of contact to all employees and managers.


This role is mostly remote with 20% travel into office, compensated by the £4k Car Allowance, and so would be ideal for anyone is the South region, including Guildford, London, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, New Forest, Dorset, and Devon.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a
Learning & Development Business Partner your key duties will include:

  • Identifying training and development needs, to design, deliver a training plan to employees
  • both face-to-face and online
  • Delivering an effective induction programme, ensuring new employees understand their training opportunities, company culture, and the highquality service expectations
  • Building a rapport with operational and support management teams, to identify and nurture employee skills sets for the future
  • Working effectively with external experts, to help devise training plans and materials in line with current industry trends
  • To research and reflect on learning and development practices, to improve

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role of
Learning and Development Business Partner, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a Learning and Development role
  • A full, clean driving license, with the flexibility for occasional overnight stays
  • Passion for learning theory, techniques, design solutions and evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to design and deliver projects
  • Good IT skills, and a confident understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to keep sensitive matters confidential
