IFA Administrator - (35 Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)

Edinburgh City Centre | Hybrid Position

Permanent role

Search Consultancy are currently working with a firm based in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit this role.


The hours for this role will be 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday, with the option of working hybrid.


Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Handling client enquiries face to face, via telephone & in writing
  • Creating & management of client files both paper & electronic
  • Use of the company CRS system to update client details
  • Creating and distributing client reports & documentation
  • Assisting with regular client reviews
  • Diary & appointment management for IFA's
  • Various ad hoc Administration duties required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Previous experience within an Administration role within an IFA, Pensions or Financial Services setting
  • this experience is essential
  • First class communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Proficient IT Skills, such as all MS Applications (e.g. Word and Excel) and working on a company CRM system
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
