IFA Administrator - (35 Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)Edinburgh City Centre | Hybrid Position

Search Consultancy are currently working with a firm based in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit this role.
The hours for this role will be 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday, with the option of working hybrid.
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Handling client enquiries face to face, via telephone & in writing
- Creating & management of client files both paper & electronic
- Use of the company CRS system to update client details
- Creating and distributing client reports & documentation
- Assisting with regular client reviews
- Diary & appointment management for IFA's
- Various ad hoc Administration duties required
- Previous experience within an Administration role within an IFA, Pensions or Financial Services setting
- this experience is essential
- First class communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Proficient IT Skills, such as all MS Applications (e.g. Word and Excel) and working on a company CRM system
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
