NOW Careers are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their reputable Client on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a team of 9, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information for key stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, you will be expected to make a significant contribution to the achievement of the Company's objectives

Salary:

DOE £28,000 - £30,000pa_This role is fully working from the office during probation, transitioning to hybrid once successfully passed.

Key activities will include:

Responsibility for credit control and sales invoicing for your area
Investigation of cash receipts and posting of receipts
Business partnering activities with our home managers providing education, training and support on financial processes to nonfinancial managers
Reconciliation of petty cash and bank accounts for your area
Assisting in the preparation of the annual external audit
Developing and managing financial systems, controls and policies to ensure that our processes are robust, efficient and effective
Contribute to streamlining and standardisation of our financial processes,
A key contributor to finance and wider business projects, championing an ethos of continuous improvement throughout the business
