Description

You will work as an important part of a team supporting the Laboratory function on the site you are based.

Whilst ensuring a safe working area, you will undertake routine tasks which follow procedures / instructions to support the overall analysis of our fantastic products.

Your responsibilities:

Demonstrate a commitment to Health & Safety by working in a safe manner, role modelling our safety behaviors, challenging unsafe practices, rectifying unsafe conditions and escalating to other team members when support is needed.
Support the Laboratory function by ensuring finished product samples provided by the Production teams are registered accordingly with the Laboratory site systems.
Support the Laboratory function by ensuring samples are distributed for analysis correctly.
Accurate and diligent in all tasks.
Takes the necessary actions to complete assigned tasks and evaluates processes against QMS requirements
External laboratory systems logging of samples, sample collection for external testing, booking of samples and reviewing results.
Understands and adheres to good manufacturing practices and company standards of hygiene, PPE, and dress code. Practices a 'Clean as You Go' approach, maintaining workplace organization and visual management standards.
Works well as part of a team, playing an active part in team and business successes. Engages with the daily challenges and opportunities and works effectively with others to overcome.
Supporting analysis in specific areas including viscosity of fruits and finished products.
