Hybrid work with three days on site in London
Finatal are recruiting an experienced Interim FD for a high-growth business services company backed by a mid-market PE fund.

The business is going through a phase of rapid growth through acquisition and is looking for a hands-on FD to partner with the CFOin post-acquisition integration and PE professionalisation.

You will be partnering with a highly experienced CFO who has completed two successful exits in their last roles, to prep the business for exit within the next 18 months.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting the CFO with exit preparation, including setting up data room, being key point of contact for advisor questions, assisting with VDD
Postacquisition financial integration of acquired sites and teams, including professionalisation of the finance function
Partnering with the CFO to ensure that the finance team delivers in line with the future strategy of the business as it enters its next phase of growth
Day to day management of the finance team as well as ability to take on ad hoc projects from the Investors
