Description

Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with several depots across Scotland.

Currently they are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Controller / Workshop Controller / Automotive Workshop Controller to join their busy depot in Conon Bridge.

Duties:

Negotiate and agree all targets and Key Performance Indicators to deliver the expected results from the workshop.
Designate work to Technicians as appropriate, to ensure the smooth running of the workshop and the most profitable customerfocused results.
Coordinate with the Service department, and provide technical advice to colleagues and customers.
Plan and manage all incoming work efficiently.
Assign technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximized and deadlines are adhered to.
As line manager for technicians, the role holder is responsible for performance management, coaching, and development of the team
