• Performing carpentry tasks such as building stud partition walls and other structural elements.
• Handling plumbing tasks including pipe installation, fixture replacement, and minor repairs.
• Executing tiling projects for floors, walls, and backsplashes with precision and attention to detail.
• Conducting full HMO renovations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and design plans accurately.
• Collaborating with team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition and adhering to safety protocols.

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Tradesman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to various trades.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
• Certification or training in one or more trades is a plus.
