This is a Fixed Term Contract until February 2024

Your new role:

What you'll do

:


  • Support the project teams at an early stage to ensure there is a solid understanding of and compliance with the key Framework deliverables throughout the preconstruction, construction and post construction stages
  • Lead on ensuring that Framework KPI monthly submissions are uploaded and submitted within the specified deadlines
  • Lead the Internal Framework Launch and Frameworks Gateways
  • Reviewing evidence submitted by project teams for compliance with the Framework
  • Identify areas of Framework related noncompliance where visible. Arrange relevant support and guidance to the delivery teams in addressing the issue(s)
  • Contribute to deliverables required for the ongoing development and administration of the Framework, as directe
  • Contribute to Framework Audits under the guidance of the Compliance Manager
  • Contribute to internal / external Framework reporting on behalf of the Framework team
  • Support on Framework inhouse training
  • Assist on compiling and updating project data for the Framework team
  • Act as a conduit between the Framework provider and the Robertson group of businesses as and when required and directed
  • Assist with Framework bid activities
  • Any other duties as required by the Framework team

About you

:

You'll have experience in an administrative role with a methodical approach, your numercay skills will be excellent with previous experience of

Office 365 and SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Being able to work on your own initiative is essentual with both proficient communication and organsiational skills.

Working knowledge of online Project Management Tools is essential with Built Environment experience and if you have PowerBI and Data Analytics experience all the better but if not then a willingness to learn and attend training would be required.
