We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate care assistant to join a fast-growing domiciliary care company.

Responsibilities

To assist with personal care needs, continence care, companionship and meals.
To assist service users with poor mobility and other physical disabilities.
To promote independence at all times where possible.
To carry out general tasks, such as housework, laundry and shopping.
To accurately record and report.
To follow care plan accurately in order to meet service user needs.
To comply with Graceful care guidelines, policies and procedures at all times.
To report to line manager of any concerns, which include service users change in circumstance.
To complete medication record if applicable.
To complete accident/incident form in the event of an emergency.
To undertake regular training.
You will be required to comply with the code of conduct and practice of the general social care council.
You will be required to notify the agency immediately if you commit or are charged with a criminal offence, including a motoring offence during your employment.
