Our Client based in Brimsdown is currently looking for Administrators to join their Transportation Office team. £11.52 per hour. They provide excellent training and long term positions with the possibility of a permanent position after a successful trial period.
Our client operates Monday to Sunday working 4 Days on a 2 weekly rotation. The site is easily accessible by public transport and has ample gated parking.


Shifts:


  • Two week rotating rota
- (week 1) Tuesday to Friday
- (Week 2) Wednesday to Saturday

  • Hours are 07:00 19:00

Pay:

£11.52 per hour:

-
£17.26 after 40 hours

Duties will include:

Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered:


  • Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management:
-
Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI'S:


  • Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner

About You:

-
Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster preferable but not essential:


  • Strong administrative background with excellent IT skills including MS Apps; Excel and Word:

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal:


  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
