Description
Warehouse Operativerequired starting immediately for ongoing day work Monday to Friday.

40 hours a week

This is a permanent position.


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • A positive cando attitude.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Be physically fit as handball is required.
  • The ability to work as part as a team and work well individually.
  • Have a good understanding of health and safety.
  • Preferably previous warehouse experience

THE PAY

PAYE
- £11 per hour.

  • Minimum 9 hours paid per day.
  • X1.5 after 9 hours Monday to Friday.
  • X1.5 all hours Saturday.
  • X2 all hours Sunday and Bank Holiday.
  • Up to 28 days holiday accrued per year.
  • Pension contributions after 12 weeks probation period.

THE DUTIES - including but not limited too
Picking.

  • Loading and unloading vehicles, including checking.
  • Using an overhead crane and side loader/combilift.
  • Handling and processing of order paperwork.
- maintaining a safe working environment.


THE KIT

  • Backline Logistics Hi Vis Vest and Branded Polo Shirts provided.
  • Steel Toe Cap Boots provided.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Radstock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
