Do you have a passion for supporting homeless women with complex needs? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support worker to join our small and friendly Housing First Team alongside our partners at Latch.

Schedule 9 (1a) of the Equality and Diversity Act 2010 applies to this position. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be female


The Housing First Worker is responsible for providing person centred coaching, housing related support, information and advice to female clients of our Housing First service.

The women will have a history of homelessness and rough sleeping and are likely to present with multiple and complex needs.

The role will be underpinned by the Housing First principles and will use a variety of techniques and approaches to engage the women in order to support them to reach their goals and achieve a greater level of stability and independence.
