Role Summary
Provide support to the Accounts Supervisor with the assistance in the daily running of the accounts department, assisting with data entry, raising, and processing invoices and other transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Accounts Supervisor to ensure the smooth day to day running of the accounts department.
- Raising and processing of sales invoices
- Process supplier invoices
- Checking purchase orders
- Process credit cards, petty cash and expenses
- Help with processing of payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of budget, financial reports and audits.
- Assist with the control of financial targets and budgets in accordance with strategy as determined by the board.
- Assist in controlling asset register.
- Answer and resolve customers and supplier enquiries.
- Perform basic office tasks.

- Experience of working in an office environment
- Basic knowledge of accountancy practices and software
- Ability to prioritise.

Training and Qualifications
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- AAT qualification or willingness to undertake AAT course
Pay:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
