Site ManagerEssex/Romford

£50,000 - £60,000 PA (depending on exp) + Car/Travel Allowance

We are currently working with an award-winning housebuilder providing high quality homes in London & the South East with over 30 years of expertise.

They are now looking for a Site Manager to oversee and complete a development consisting of semi-detachedhouses in Essex.

Responsibilities will include:

Running a project consisting of high-value housing as a Site Manager, ensuring that all deadlines and NHBC standards are met.

Driving the project to be delivered on time within the build programme whilst focussing on factors such as health & safety as wellas quality control.

You will be apart of a site management team and would be reporting into a Project Manager.

Experience working on residential developments
Valid, uptodate CSCS & SMSTS
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality, presentation and health & safety.
Highly proficient in project delivery on time and in budget.
Ideally a stable career history of permanent employment.
