Role Responsibilities:


  • Act as point of contact for new requisition requests from hiring managers (HM) across European region
  • Edit job descriptions from HMs and use content to draft and post accurate, persuasive, attractive job ads that attract highquality talent
  • Manage consistent, engaging applicant experience, including the initial resume screening and distribution, scheduling interviews, scheduling and leading inperson interviews, and updating ATS with data points to ensure continuity
  • Make offers and liaise with HR Team regarding onboarding for new employees, as needed
  • Work with the global recruitment team to optimise recruitment practices and systems
  • At least three years of recruiting experience, hiring across multiple departments including; Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Creative, and Advertising
  • Operating proficiency with various industrystandard recruiting tools, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Specific experience with full lifecycle corporate recruiting (screening, interviewing, closing)
  • Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication
  • Ability to speak another language (German / French) is advantageous but not required
