Role Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for new requisition requests from hiring managers (HM) across European region
- Edit job descriptions from HMs and use content to draft and post accurate, persuasive, attractive job ads that attract highquality talent
- Manage consistent, engaging applicant experience, including the initial resume screening and distribution, scheduling interviews, scheduling and leading inperson interviews, and updating ATS with data points to ensure continuity
- Make offers and liaise with HR Team regarding onboarding for new employees, as needed
- Work with the global recruitment team to optimise recruitment practices and systems
- At least three years of recruiting experience, hiring across multiple departments including; Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Creative, and Advertising
- Operating proficiency with various industrystandard recruiting tools, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices
- Specific experience with full lifecycle corporate recruiting (screening, interviewing, closing)
- Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication
- Ability to speak another language (German / French) is advantageous but not required
