Job Title:
Optical sales
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash transactions and maintain an orderly checkout area
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English to interact with customers effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient customer service
- Technical sales knowledge to provide product information and upsell when appropriate
