Description

This position is situated in the Network Operations department and primarily entails managing our engineers, distributing assignments for customer connections, bespoke connections, and network faults.

Additionally, the role involves the processing of permits.


Other duties include:

  • Allocating engineer resource
  • Knowledge of scheduling systems
  • Scheduling Network Faults
  • Updating Zendesk Tickets
  • Creating Geopal jobs and ensuring they are assigned to the correct engineer
  • Scheduling Network repairs
  • Reviewing aborts
  • Managing the workload of surveys
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Assisting our Streetworks Permit officer and reviewing Surveys
  • Good knowledge of red book needed

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a telecoms role
  • Experience of scheduling engineers
  • Experience of raising permits
