Building Physics Engineer
Offices:
Leeds - Birstall Retail Park (J27, M62)
Salary:
£25k to £35k dependant on qualifications/experience

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a
Building Physics Engineer to join an award-winning group of companies with expertise in building compliance and sustainability.
You will work on a variety of projects with a focus on building compliance/energy assessment and consultancy.
You'll be a key and valued member of our team, as we continue our journey to constantly improve the service offering to customers.

- Producing SAP calculations (OCDEA)
- BREEAM New Construction/In-Use assessments
- Daylight modelling and assessment
- Overheating Assessments
- Produce energy statements/sustainability reports
- Thermal Modelling (Experience in TM52, TM54 and TM59)
Skills and Experience
- Experience using SAP software (FSAP preferred)
- Experience using Design Builder or IES software is preferable but training will be provided
- Experience within the construction industry/built environment
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Renewables
Essential duties
- Produce SBEM calculations (minimum Level 4 NDEA)
