Trainee Vauer / Valuation Manager into our Bamber Bridge branch. The role will involve carrying out market and rental appraisals in order to secure instructions to sell and let residential property.

Key responsibilities within the role will be prospecting for new business across Sales, Lettings and Financial services. Ensuring effective communication with other divisions to maximise business opportunities. Conducting property inspections and competitive valuations in order to secure marketable properties.
