The Role

You're the face of the office and 'go to' person for everything vibe and facilities-related. You have a continuous improvement mindset and believe in maintaining a seamless workspace that welcomes, delights and excites.

Here's a flavor of what you'll do:

  • Create an outstanding arrival experience for all visitors to the SafetyCulture Manchester office, including check in, room setup, catering and any other adhoc requirements
  • Shape and build the office experience across both logistics and culture, making sure it's a great place to work
  • Plan and coordinate company events both on and off premise, including the end of year party, social mixers, large milestone celebrations, industry MeetUps, customer visits, weekly company All Hands and more
  • Work closely with the global Workplace Experience team to ensure global initiatives are delivered to the highest brand standards at all times
  • Ensure the office remains safe and compliant by partnering with internal SME's to deliver OH&S initiatives
  • Use our own product, SafetyCulture, in daytoday operations, including weekly office inspections, swag audits and event execution
  • Work with our inhouse chef and IT lead to optimise the employee experience at all points along the customer journey
  • Own and report on employee engagement budgets in region
  • Celebrate moments that matter through the distribution of anniversary gifts and New Starter Kits

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
