SE London has ambitious plans, in line with national expectations, to develop virtual ward beds over the next 2 years and to significantly increase our remote monitoring offer to support residents to stay well at home.

As the Assistant Director for Virtual Care you will be responsible for the development and stewardship of virtual ward programmes across the ICS, ensuring common standards and consistent outcomes are achieved for our population.

Your role will also include supporting Local Care Partnerships in their delivery of the Virtual Ward programme.

This will require you to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the ICS, including a range of providers, clinicians, digital teams, workforce and finance in order to develop a clear strategy and ensure the right enabling infrastructure is in place to support delivery at place.
