IQD Frequency Products Ltd have been providing time and frequency control products to the electronics industry for 50 years.
Our Head Office is based in Crewkerne along with our Sales, Warehouse, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics functions from where we support our global customer base.

The Role - Internal Sales Support
You will be required to provide dedicated customer service and sales administration support for IQD global customer base and the IQD Sales & Business Development Teams.
Sales Order entry and expediting.
Updating internal and external open order books for major customers.
Updating and maintaining customer records on CRM system.
Co-ordinating after sales customer service.
Answering incoming telephone calls
Establish strong relationships with customers, both internal and external.
Carry out any reasonable request by your Manager.
Our Requirements - Internal Sales Support/Customer Service
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Computer literate and able to use CRM, ERP and general office software tools
Be self-motivated, with a desire to learn new skills and develop your knowledge
Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Adaptable and flexible
Desirable Experience
Previous experience and understanding of working as part of a Customer
Service team, ideally within the electronics industry.
Other language/languages extremely beneficial
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
