£100,000 + excellent bonus + benefits
London / WFH blend
Great opportunity for a credible senior manager or director within construction recruitment. This is a high profile leadership role, responsible for multiple recruitment teams - covering a range of sub-specialisms.
You'll be a seasoned expert in construction / property / built environment recruitment. You'll have a track record in managing sizeable recruitment teams. Capable of thinking strategically and executing tactically in equal measure. In this key role, you'll be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
You'll have a growth-mindset, with creativity and ideas and the tenacity to build and grow a business that is already successful - but with lots of further potential for the future.
(Please note:Significant previous recruitment experience within an agency environment is essential for this position).
