Description

We're looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Management PFI team based in Kent.

Location:
Kent - on site working across 3 Schools

Contract:
Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Mobile Caretaker, you'll be working within the PFI Facilities Management Team, supporting them in the service delivery on our BSF Kent Schools contract.

Your day to day will include:

Taking Deliveries
Conducting adjustments and maintenance
Locking and unlocking of the grounds
Managing security
Carrying out fire and safety precautions across the site

What are we looking for?
This role of Mobile Caretaker is great for you if:

You have previous experience working within a maintenance, caretaker or porter role
Have excellent customer service skills
Have a full driving licence due to working between 3 sites
