£25K + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000 Year 1)

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Sourcing exceptional talent through posting job adverts, networking and head hunting using a variety of platforms.
Generating new business through cold calling and cold outreach.
Negotiating fees with new business.
Developing a strong understanding of the market and changes throughout.

A 2:1 or above from a top 50 university OR 1+ years' experience in a B2B sales role
