Description

Due to investment and expansion, a rapidly growing company specialising in advanced technologies has a new vacancy for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join the team.

Working closely with the HR Director you will be responsible for the effective delivery ofthe HR processes and will manage all recruitment activities.

This is a new position at the company, and they are open to offering the position on a permanent or part time basis.


Commutable from:
Stratford upon Avon,Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry, Evesham, Redditch, Solihull.


Salary:
£28,000- £35,000 p.a. + benefits


Suitable For:
HR Officer, HR Advisor, HR Administrator, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Manager, Inhouse Recruiter.


The Role
Manage all recruitment, selection and induction processes

Work with HR Director to create skills matrix for the business

Work with the HR Director to find training solutions where gaps have been identified in the skills matrix for employees

Provide general HR guidance and support to employees and managers

Introduce and manage the utilisation of direct recruitment tools

Provide all recruitment administration support

Support the introduction and management of apprenticeship and internship programmes

Manage the onboarding process from offer through to induction

Provide data to HR Director to support payroll administration

Management of the office with regards to visitors, suppliers, access management and general office housekeeping/supplies

Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards

Experience of working within an HR department or recruitment team

Experience of data entry systems, inputting data and maintaining systems

Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills

Good computer skills

Ideally has also worked in a Small, Medium Enterprise (SME) and is able to demonstrate the ability to 'roll their sleeves up' and personally get things done as part of a small team

Experience with implementing policies and procedures

Experience with providing HR support and advice to employees and line managers
