Operating for over 75 years from within West Yorkshire, Victor Manufacturing Ltd are a long established, family owned and operated, manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters, supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, reliable, organised and hardworking individual to join our Stores Department in the role of Stores Supervisor.

As Stores Supervisor, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Taking responsibility for the supervision of the stores department and its staff, including the day-to-day operations such as, stock control, stock management, the booking out of picked items and ensuring items are picked in a timely and accurate manner.
Implementing, at all times, the company procedures and systems in line with ISO9001 standards.
Taking responsibility for the organisation and supervision of stock and organising and assisting with regular stock checks.
Always seeking continuous improvements within the department and looking at ways to improve efficiency.
Supervising the stores department staff including providing the relevant training, direction and assistance when needed and overseeing staff absences, return to works and holidays.
To liaise effectively with members of staff from various other departments including purchasing, operations, and production.
To always maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure the health and safety requirements are being adhered to.

Hours of work
7:30am - 16:00pm (Mon to Thurs)

7:30am - 15:00pm (Friday)

Opportunities for overtime at increased rates of pay

Some Saturday work will be required in this role
