This is a fantastic job for someone who wants to be part of a team and work collaboratively within our Operations department to uphold the highest standard of work and reputation.- This role will suit someone with a background in a similar role who has experience managing front of house/reception area and a telephony system/switchboard.


Duties

  • Handling the process of the telephony system
  • Manage front of house (reception)
  • Supporting the operational department when required
  • Meet and greet for all visitors coming through to reception
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound post
  • Managing the car park
  • Answering inbound calls to the business with a professional tone and upholding the company's reputation whilst taking messages and passing calls through to the relevant departments
  • Arranging taxis and couriers where necessary

Essentials

  • Good communicator
  • Good IT skills
  • Experienced Receptionist
  • Experienced in managing a telephony switchboard
  • Exceptional telephone manner
