Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our Leeds team.

The retail sales assistant must be able to maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting our commitment to our customers.

The role requires for individuals to be able to develop product knowledge and attend training classes in order to communicate it to the customer.

Sales associates must stay current with promotional events and sales.

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by helping them select products.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Responds to customers' questions.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Manages financial transactions.
